About

I am a graduating senior at the University of Maryland - College Park pursuing a B.S. in Information Science. Here, I have learned to anticipate consequences of new technologies and design solutions that bring together information, technology, and people to meet individual, organizational, and societal needs. I have explored tools for developing dynamic and responsive webpages, been exposed to user experience research methods and design artifacts, and worked collaboratively with several teams to complete course relevant projects in web development, object-oriented programming, database, as well as user-centered design.
My current position as Assistant Web Developer at University of Maryland, Office of the Senior Vice President & Provost, has provided me with hands-on encounters with web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript (JQuery), Bootstrap and content management systems like Drupal 8. Additionally, I have been provided with real world experience in working with a team to design, develop, and maintain websites for various clients within our division. Therefore, I have an exceptional understanding of how to work collectively to brainstorm and create engaging content.
